Loan services available through Instant Peso are provided by Fcash Global Lending Inc., a financial institution licensed and authorised by the Securities and Exchange Commission in the Philippines.

Instant Peso is designed to provide a clear and convenient application experience for eligible users in the Philippines. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information when you use the Instant Peso application, communicate with us, or use related services.

We collect and process personal information only as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing loan-related services, maintaining account security, complying with legal obligations, and improving service quality.

3. Information We Collect

Depending on the services you use and the permissions you grant, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Personal identification and contact information: your full name, government-issued identification number, phone number, email address, bank or payment-account information, and information relevant to loan assessment.
• Biometric information: facial images or facial-recognition materials used for identity verification and account security.
• Location information: GPS or device location information used to provide region-specific service content, support transaction security, and help identify abnormal activity.
• Camera and photo-library information: images and documents that you actively capture or select for identity verification, application review, or risk verification.
• Emergency contact information: the name, relationship, and phone number of emergency contacts you provide, for use only in exceptional circumstances involving critical account matters.
• Device and service information: technical information needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the application.

We do not intentionally collect information that is not reasonably necessary for the stated purposes.

4. Facial Recognition and Security

Instant Peso may use facial-recognition technology to support secure identity verification. Where this feature is used, we apply the following principles:
